When former class members leave prison, Truth Be Told encourages the women to stay involved and stay connected to the community. We ask them to connect with us within two weeks of their release and then there is a follow-up phone call. This is a time for us to ask them about how they are doing and to reengage the tools they have been introduced to. In their packet there is information about how they can stay involved, as well as a TRUTH bracelet and a magnet, both are mementos to remind them of the work they did to create a healthy community.
